1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using livekod.com and our suite of free in-browser image compression tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is provided free of charge to individuals, creators, businesses, and developers worldwide for lawful personal and commercial image optimization.

2. Permitted Use and Zero Cost

LiveKod offers client-side image compression without demanding monetary payments, memberships, recurring subscriptions, or personal contact registration.

• Personal Use: Unlimited optimization of family photos, travel albums, wallpapers, and social media media.
• Commercial Use: Full right to compress graphics, product photos, e-commerce banners, client deliverables, and software web assets with zero royalties or attribution required.
• No Watermarking: We never apply logos, watermarks, or branding overlays to your compressed images.

3. Intellectual Property & 100% User Ownership

You retain complete, exclusive ownership and all copyright rights to every image, vector, photograph, or file you process with LiveKod.

Because compression runs purely client-side inside your browser sandbox, LiveKod neither acquires, claims, licenses, stores, nor transmits your proprietary materials. We do not claim any copyright or intellectual property rights over your source or output files.

4. Local Processing & Absence of Server Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Because files are processed directly in your device's browser memory (RAM) utilizing HTML5 Canvas and browser image decoders, compression speeds and maximum batch sizes depend on your machine's hardware capabilities, CPU performance, and available RAM. LiveKod does not guarantee that compression will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete web browsers.

5. Prohibited Activities

While using the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer malicious payloads, distribute malware, or compromise other users through malicious scripts.
• Automate abusive traffic or scrapers designed to overload or denial-of-service the static hosting infrastructure.
• Misrepresent LiveKod or claim official endorsement of unauthorized third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall livekod.com, its contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this free client-side tool, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business goodwill, or hardware performance impacts. We strongly recommend retaining original backup copies of your source images prior to batch compression.

7. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued usage of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
